On the proposal of the Frac des Pays de la Loire, the visual artist Olivier Garraud is invited by the community of communes of Nozay to intervene in 4 elementary classes and to imagine with teachers and students an artistic project. The community of communes of Nozay also invites the Socio-Cultural Center “La Mano” of Nozay to participate in the project.
